How it Works

In just a few clicks, you can get vehicles repaired and back in service. Experience the convenience of seamless, efficient repairs with ServiceUp.

FNOL Documentation

Claim damages can be reported directly through our App. Once photos are submitted a new claim is created which will streamline the FNOL and repair process.

Appraisal

Our internal staff of highly qualified appraisers creates an estimate based on the damages reported. Adjuster receives a notification when the appraisal is ready for review. This can be set up via a dashboard, or email, or both. A detailed PDF showing the various line items is available.

Schedule Pickup

Once the appraisal is approved, the policyholder will schedule a time and location for vehicle pickup. This option is also available for the adjuster to assign for pick up to move to our shops to start immediate repairs after a loss.

Speedy Shop Selection

Adjusters can share local repair shops in the network or ServiceUp 360, our fully managed repair service. If using ServiceUp 360, vehicles are assigned to a shop based on a real-time analysis of requisite expertise and capacity to ensure the shortest repair turnaround time.

Tear Down/Supplements

After the tear down process, a supplement may be added to the estimate. The adjuster will receive email notifications requesting a review of the adjusted estimate. Once approved, the repair begins.

Vehicle Dropoff

Once the repair is completed, ServiceUp will deliver the vehicle back to the designated location. Policy holder will be notified when the vehicle is on its way and when drop off is complete.
