How quickly do I get paid for repairs completed through ServiceUp?
Very quick, depending on your choice of payment. For the fastest payment, select InstaPay when submitting your invoice. That ensures payment within 24 to 48 hours, with a small fee applied for the expedited service. If you prefer standard terms, you can choose NET30 instead and receive payment within 30 days. Either way, the best way to speed up payment is to upload your invoice immediately after the repair is complete.
Do I lose control over how I manage the repair?
No. ServiceUp provides visibility of the entire vehicle repair progress not only to fleet managers but also to shops. You are in control, you decide what gets approved, who does the work, and when it gets done. We just keep the engine warm and running.
