ServiceUp Partners with Stellantis Pro One: 2,500+ Dealers Join the Network

Starting today, every fleet on ServiceUp has direct access to the full Stellantis franchise dealer network in the United States. We've partnered with Stellantis Pro One, the business unit behind Stellantis' commercial vehicle lineup, to bring more than 2,500 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo dealers into the ServiceUp network. Dispatch, authorization, tracking, and billing all run inside the platform, the same way they do for every other repair you manage with us.

If you run Ram trucks or ProMaster vans, you know the tradeoff that's existed until now. Dealer service means factory-trained technicians, OEM parts, and the ability to handle warranty and recall work. It also means separate vendor relationships, separate billing, phone calls for authorization, and a fleet manager playing air traffic controller between the dealership and everyone waiting on the vehicle.

This partnership removes the tradeoff.

"This is not a listing agreement," says Brett Carlson, our CEO. "It is a purpose-built partnership designed to make every Stellantis repair on our platform faster and better. When a fleet manager dispatches a Stellantis vehicle to a dealer through ServiceUp, every step of that experience, from scheduling and authorization to tracking and billing, is handled natively inside the platform."

How it works

When a Stellantis vehicle needs service, ServiceUp matches it to a participating dealer based on proximity, availability, and repair specialization. Authorization for maintenance, mechanical repairs, and parts purchases happens electronically. Status updates flow to your dashboard in real time, and the work is done by OEM-trained technicians who can handle anything on a Stellantis vehicle, warranty and recall work included.

Billing is where the partnership goes deepest. Servicenet, the system Stellantis dealers already use to invoice through Mopar, connects directly to ServiceUp. Dealers file claims exactly the way they do today and get paid on their standard cycle. You get one consolidated monthly statement instead of a stack of individual dealer invoices. Nobody on either side had to adopt a new billing system.

You don't need a Stellantis badge on the hood

Every ServiceUp customer running light duty vehicles (Ram 5500 and smaller) can dispatch to the Stellantis dealer network, regardless of brand. Those dealers also stock bProAuto, Stellantis' all-makes-and-models parts line, which frequently comes in below aftermarket pricing. For mixed fleets, that's OEM-quality parts and dealer-grade technicians at a competitive cost, without adding a single vendor relationship to manage.

Dealers wanted this too

Commercial fleet work is good business for a dealership, but the administrative side has always been a grind. Through ServiceUp, repair requests arrive organized and pre-authorized, updates flow to fleet managers automatically, and claims run through Servicenet as they always have. Less friction means faster throughput, and more capacity for the fleet customers who depend on these dealers most.

"We built this so that Stellantis vehicles get the repair experience they deserve," Carlson says, "and fleet operators never have to leave ServiceUp to manage it."

What this means for fleets

ServiceUp is the agentic repair platform for modern fleets, and this partnership is what that looks like in practice: our AI agents handling routing, authorization, and billing, now backed by one of the largest franchise dealer networks in the country. Your fleet profile and shop preferences still shape your network. It just got 2,500 locations deeper.

The partnership is live now for all ServiceUp customers in the United States. If you're on the platform, Stellantis dealers will start appearing in your dispatch options based on your fleet profile. If you're not, book a demo and we'll show you what dealer service looks like when the paperwork handles itself.
