A Career Built on Curiosity and Impact

Amit started his career as an engineer at Intel, but his curiosity quickly moved beyond hardware into user experience and business strategy. After reading StrengthsFinder by Tom Rath, he discovered product management wasn’t just a skill. It was his calling.

At Castlight Health and Twin Health, he helped scale the company to unicorn status while pioneering early applications of generative AI in healthcare. But strict regulations slowed innovation.

This is exactly what drew Amit to ServiceUp: an open field, no limits, and the chance to transform an industry.

“We are tackling a huge, tangible problem in a market that is ready for transformation with AI. And we have a team that is serious about being ELITE, as Brett often says.”

“I once read that by the time your kids turn 18, you’ve already spent the majority of the total time you’ll ever spend with them. That really stuck with me. For me, just talking to my kids and playing with them is energizing.”
